All members in our team are closely and carefully trained. Our team members come from diverse backgrounds and understand your needs and the quality of service you want. We love working here and just as much as you love coming here. Our Chef, Mr. Hari Prasad Sharma is highly skilled and has spent decades working in various restaurants in many countries like India, Japan, and Australia. He combines his experience from the different countries and draws inspiration from traditional Indian food and cooking techniques and gives it a modern twist, apt for the Aussie taste palate. He keeps innovating and tweaking the recipes to make your dining experience better.

We serve authentic Indian food with a modern twist. The menu comprises of many traditional dishes from different parts of India. Our Chicken Tikka is a northern Indian dish where we marinate chicken in yogurt and traditional spices, and it is cooked in the traditional oven- Tandoor. Our Prawn Malabar is a southern Indian dish, rich in coconutty flavours simmered in coconut milk and spices. We pay attention to the cooking styles and different combination of spices and cuisines that influence them.
We pride ourselves on only using the best herbs, spices, and Australian grown fresh produce to cook all our dishes. You can taste the freshness in everything from the cilantro we use in our garnishes to the vegetables we use in our curries and salads. Our Biryani is made from the best basmati rice slow cooked with aromatic spices, chicken, and curry to give you layers upon layers of flavour and contentment.
We have an extensive range of vegetarian curries from all over India for you to enjoy. We don’t use vegetables as a substitute of meat in our dishes, rather, the curries have a long history and have been refined over centuries from cooks all over India to taste their best when paired with the specific combination of vegetables and spices that we serve. The gravy is rich and bursting with sweet and spicy flavours, and will leave your mouth tingling for more long after you have eaten to your heart’s content.

Zinger Taj was was initially Blu Ginger Indian Restaurant. We are a casual dining restaurant with over two decades of experience. Our restaurant has a warm ambience, comfortable dining.
